MysticOS is built on open-source and public-domain resources. We gratefully acknowledge the following projects and their licenses:

2.1 Swiss Ephemeris (Astrodienst)

Astrological calculations (birth chart, Vedic/Jyotish, transits) use the Swiss Ephemeris, developed by Astrodienst (astro.com). We use the swisseph Node.js binding (by mivion). The Swiss Ephemeris is licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) v2. Astrodienst also offers a commercial license for the Swiss Ephemeris.

2.5 Framework and Infrastructure

3. Rider-Waite Tarot Deck

The Rider-Waite Tarot deck, illustrated by Pamela Colman Smith and first published in 1909, is in the public domain in most jurisdictions (the original artwork copyright has expired). MysticOS uses representations of these public-domain card images for tarot readings.

4. Traditional Knowledge Systems

Astrology, tarot, numerology, Bazi, Saju, Ziwei Doushu, Vedic astrology (Jyotish), Human Design, and dream interpretation are traditional cultural and symbolic practices belonging to the public domain and their respective cultural traditions. MysticOS presents these traditions respectfully and does not claim ownership over the underlying systems.
