Welcome to MysticOS. By accessing or using our website and services at mysticos.ai (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Nature of the Service — Entertainment Only

Astrology, tarot, numerology, dream interpretation, and other divination traditions are not sciences. They are cultural and symbolic practices. We present them honestly — showing where different traditions agree and where they differ — but we do not claim they reveal objective truth about your life or future.

2. Not Professional Advice

The content provided by MysticOS is not a substitute for professional advice. Specifically, our readings must not be used as:

• Medical advice — consult a licensed healthcare professional
• Legal advice — consult a qualified attorney
• Financial advice — consult a licensed financial advisor
• Psychological counseling — consult a licensed therapist
• Life decisions — marriage, career, relocation, or other major decisions should not be based solely on divination readings

We are not liable for any decisions or actions you take based on Service content.

3. AI-Generated Content

Interpretations on MysticOS are generated by artificial intelligence (AI) based on calculated chart data. While we strive for accuracy in calculations, AI-generated interpretations:

• May contain errors or inconsistencies
• Reflect statistical patterns, not authoritative knowledge
• Should be read critically, not accepted uncritically
• May reference traditional systems imperfectly — verify with source traditions for serious study

4. Calculation Accuracy

Astrological calculations use the Swiss Ephemeris (the same professional-grade astronomical data used by NASA JPL), computed to arc-minute precision. Four Pillars systems use lunar calendar calculations. While calculations are deterministic and tested, the interpretation of those calculations is subjective and tradition-dependent.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in jurisdictions with higher age requirements) to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

6. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service
• Use automated tools to overload our servers
• Reproduce or redistribute content without permission
• Present our readings as professional advice to others

8. Intellectual Property

The Service's design, code, and original content are owned by MysticOS. Divination calculations use open-source libraries (see our DMCA / Copyright notice for details). Traditional knowledge systems (astrology, tarot, etc.) belong to the public domain or their respective cultural traditions.

9. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MysticOS and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for emotional distress, poor decisions, or lost opportunities based on readings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be highlighted on the website.
